Eu também não, não quero parar, não faço por parar, depois de saber os beneficios de caminhar, dou-me por satisfeito de ter começado com uma regularidade irregular a fazer uns percursos alguams vezes por semana.
É um tempo de convivio, de descoberta ou redescoberta do nosso habitat, uma forma saudavel de viagem, de estar com os amigos, num ambiente saudavel, a praticar desporto e sem gastar muitos euros...
